2026/27 GBHL Management Committee Elected

I've done a more thorough writeup of the ins and outs of elections (including thanking outgoing members and welcoming new ones) in a separate post here.

But, for brevity, elections for the GBHL Magement Committee were held recently, and voting closed on Sunday.

Turnout was 74 members of the Tournament Organiser committee (out of a possible 143) putting Turnout at just over 50%.

All candidates received a vote, indicating a strong field of people volunteering their time. The results have been tallied now, so we welcome our new glorious leaders:

• League Coordinator - Stephen Denbigh

• League Secretary - Luke Hilder

• Rankings Officer - Jack Canavan

• Treasurer - David Clubley

• Scheduling Coordinator - Matt King

• Media and Publicity Officer - Alastair King

• South West Regional Rep - Jamie Wiggans

• South East Regional Rep - Bert Leach

• Central Regional Rep - Ned Merrick

• North England Regional Rep - Adam Bird

• Scotland, NI, ROI Regional Rep - David Reid
