OUTRIDERS: Legacy FAQ update February 2026

The latest version of the GBHL legacy FAQ is out now

The community have decided and we have the answers to some of your pressing questions around legacy profiles. So remember unless stated otherwise by the TO in the rulespack this is how the questions will be ruled at all GBHL events.

The lastest changes:

Q – For Expedition To The East's "Spoils of War" Special Rule does your opponent pick the terrain piece, before or after board edges have been determined?

A – After board edge has been determined.

Q – Expedition to the East. If your banner bearer discovers the treasure and returns to Minas Tirith they will be removed from the board, but not be considered a casualty. In Scenarios that award VPs for having Banners Remaining will you still be able to score these VPs if your Banner Bearer has been removed from the board in this way?

A – No. A Banner needs to be on the board to count for the VPs

Q – If a King's Champion uses a Herald's Fate point through the "The Life Guard" special rule, can the King's Champion use Might to improve the result of the dice roll for the Fate point?

A - Yes the Kings Champion may use their Might on the Fate roll.

Q – Can Ashrak lead Mirkwood Hunting Spiders in their Warband in the Moria army list?

A – Yes.
