With the conclusion of the 2022 season of the Great British Hobbit League another question is posed... Which of the players who reigned supreme in the biggest Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game league in the world (748 players!) can be crowned Master?
It's true, the League crowned a winner (see this post for more detail on the dramatic finale of the season) but often - because of the size of the league - many top players never get a chance to play one another. Can the winner truly be winner if they're not put through another gruelling challenge?!
Well, that's what The Masters Invitational is for.
The following people will be eligible to attend the 2022 season's Masters Knockout tournament, held at Warhammer World on April the 23rd and 24th.
GBHL LEAGUE Top 12:
Will Champion
David Farmer
David Clubley
Jay Clare
Jake Rawson
Micheal Bradford
Alastair King
Callum Edens
Jamie Wiggans
Edward Ball
Scott Warren
Thomas Wagg
Best Newcomer - Jake Rawson (As Jake has a top 12 slot it passes to Sam Gratton!)
North region winner - Iain McGregor
Central region winner - Jake Rawson (See above, Passed to Harry Moore)
South region winner - David Farmer (See Above, Passed to Lee Robbins)
So, who will be crowned best of the best? Champion of Champions? Check back in April...
Hi question about the date of this event 23rd/24th April 2023 is a Sunday/Monday is that the correct days or is it the Saturday/Sunday of that weekend?
